What to expect with us

• Together with the six-member team, you are responsible for the entire HR administration from A to Z. You take responsibility for planning and organising the day-to-day business of your team.
• You advise and support all employees and supervisors on questions regarding administrative HR topics.
• You take responsibility for various control tasks (employment contracts, recordings, various confirmations, etc.)
• You support your team in the operational day-to-day business. This includes the creation of employment contracts including contract components, the registration of new employees in Abacus, as well as the processing of departures.
• You participate in internal projects (such as optimising HR processes) and prepare various reports.

What you bring with you

• You hold a federal HR specialist certificate or a comparable qualification with a focus on HR.
• You are well versed in personnel administration and have already led a team.
• You have solid Office skills and ideally have already worked with Abacus.
• You are service-oriented and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• You like to take responsibility, are eager to learn, and are characterised by high resilience.
• You are a team player and bring a "hands-on" mentality.
