System Administrator

Your tasks include

• 2nd level support for system partners
• Support of system partners in technical application questions
• Ensuring operation, availability and connection of instances in our access cloud
• Commissioning and maintenance assignments for our customers on site or remotely
• Creation and dispatch of offers and order confirmations
• Collaboration in project teams and creation of documentation
• Setup of access systems for training and service including documentation

You are

• a practitioner and enjoy dealing with customers
  
• reliable, independent, resilient, a team player and flexible
  
• adept in oral and written expression of the German language (Italian advantageous)
  

You have

• a technical EFZ qualification and enjoy configuring systems yourself
• experience in support and system administration of consultancy-intensive security technology products (advantageous)
• experience in administration of Linux and container-based cloud systems
• broad experience with server and network infrastructure
• negotiation skills and persuasiveness
