Key Account Manager for Ovomaltine, Caotina and Twinings (m/f/d) 100%
- Main responsibility for achieving sales and profit targets, P&L responsibility
- Develop growth plans for sales, revenue and value creation taking into account the agreed budget
- Control of customer profitability
- Regular preparation and implementation of the sales budget and a corresponding forecast
- Preparation and conduct of negotiations (including marketing, listing or annual discussions)
- Development of solution approaches/Joint Business Plans with cross-functional teams (Marketing and Shopper Marketing)
- Ensuring information transfer and coordination of relevant customer issues with all departments Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Marketing, Finance and especially our field sales
- A completed degree in business administration
- More than 5 years of professional experience in key account management in the food industry (FMCG)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Confident negotiation skills
- Leadership strength
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ERP systems, experience with SAP S4/HANA is an advantage
- High customer and service orientation as well as coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills
