We are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a:

HR SPECIALIST 40-80%

Your main tasks

• Management of the entire HR life cycle
• Payroll processing including withholding tax accounting
• Contact person and support for management on HR matters including employee interviews
• Contact with authorities and social insurances including accident, daily sickness benefits and EO notifications
• Maintenance and updating of the employee app
• Participation in various HR projects
• Support with HR year-end closing and audits
• Active involvement in the further development of HR processes

Your profile

• Commercial or equivalent training
• Further education in HR at the level of clerk and/or proven professional experience in a comparable position
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Teams
• Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
• High discretion and reliability as well as a structured and independent working style
• Fluent German (native language), knowledge of Italian is an advantage
