You think in digital solutions for processes – and act with regard to the interrelations within the Forel Clinic. You help design IT infrastructure and workflows that have an impact: in everyday clinical practice, in patient relationships, and for the future viability of our organisation.
We are looking for you immediately to strengthen our team at the Ellikon an der Thur location.
In this responsible and varied role, you are responsible for Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and act as a sparring partner between business and IT.
Application Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Support and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Requirements gathering and implementation: Close collaboration with specialist departments for analysis, specification, and parameterisation by the existing system supplier
- Coordination tasks between application users and IT
- Advising users regarding functionalities as well as informing about disruptions, application notifications, and planned interruptions
- Interface management: Cooperation with external system suppliers to ensure smooth process integration with other systems
- Supporting digitalisation projects: Active participation in projects for process digitalisation, including automation and optimisation of business processes
Your profile
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC and Microsoft SQL
- Quick comprehension and strong technical understanding
- Friendly and team-oriented personality with a pronounced service mentality
- Initial experience with Power BI and Power Automate is an advantage
