The success story of Jucker Farm began with the Juckerhof in Seegräben. The experience farm welcomes thousands of enthusiastic visitors every year. In the best location with the most beautiful view in the Zurich Oberland, sustainable agriculture is made tangible here. The farm restaurant offers seasonal products in self-service, the farm bakery bakes bread by hand, and in the farm shops we sell our homemade products. Events and seminars for up to 400 people take place on the farm, as well as the legendary pumpkin exhibition every autumn.

Our HR is undergoing change. We want to simplify, standardise and automate our processes where it makes sense. At the same time, one thing remains central: reliable, personal and professional HR work for our employees and managers. For this, we are looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working operationally, takes responsibility and assumes the technical and personnel leadership of our HR team. Together with the team, you ensure that our HR functions reliably in everyday life, set priorities and further develop our HR work.

A significant part of your role today lies in operational HR work and personnel administration. At the same time, we want to consistently question existing processes: What can we simplify? What can be standardised or automated? Where can digitalisation and AI provide meaningful support and where is human involvement still necessary? Your future role is therefore deliberately not defined down to the last detail. We are looking for someone who does not simply take over an existing task list but is eager to find out together with us what our HR work should look like in the future.

What to expect

• Overall responsibility for the efficient and legally compliant handling of all HR administration processes from entry to exit 
• Technical and personnel leadership of the HR team 
• Contact person for employees and managers on HR issues
• Deputy in payroll accounting
• Support and implementation of HR projects
• Further development, standardisation and digitalisation of HR processes

What you bring

• Commercial or business administration basic training with corresponding further education in Human Resources (at least at the level of HR specialist certificate or comparable qualification)
• Several years of practical experience in HR, especially in personnel administration
• Comprehensive experience in payroll accounting, knowledge of SwissSalary is an advantage
• Experience in both personnel and technical leadership of a team is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour and social insurance law
• Experience in a multi-GAV environment, such as L-GAV, Baker-GAV and NAV Agriculture, is an advantage
• High initiative, networked thinking and enjoyment in actively further developing and optimising processes
• Independent, structured and pragmatic working style
