For the SBU Food Safety, we are looking for a committed and reliable person in the Finance & Accounting department at the Sursee location.
Clerical Officer Finance & Accounting (m/f/d)
These tasks will inspire you
- Ensuring the financial day-to-day business
- Management of the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers (financial, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting)
- Processing and monitoring of payment transactions
- Handling of dunning and debt collection
- Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements according to group guidelines, SWISS GAAP FER and OR
- General administrative tasks in finance and accounting

- Completed commercial basic training
- Initial professional experience in finance and accounting
- Proficient use of ERP systems and good Excel skills
- Affinity for numbers as well as precise and reliable working methods
- Team-oriented and committed personality with a strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland
