We, Herzog Elmiger, a long-established and innovative family business, are immediately seeking a committed, reliable, and customer-oriented individual with great joy and fascination for the product wood. Our customers are joineries, carpentries, and other wood-processing companies, mainly in Central Switzerland and the neighbouring cantons as well as in Ticino. To strengthen our internal sales team, we are looking for a dedicated person with pronounced sales talent and an independent, team-oriented working style. Your area of responsibility and design:

You…

• advise our customers by phone with your courteous and flexible manner
• together with your team colleagues, you are responsible for the entire quotation and sales processing
• ensure the operational day-to-day business and the satisfaction of our customers
• regularly monitor your pending orders and quotations
• make situational clarifications with suppliers
• perform general tasks related to consulting and order processing
• support the field sales team administratively
• take on occasional assignments in the showroom

You are cut from this timber:

You have/are…

• completed a commercial or carpenter training (EFZ)
• professional experience in the timber trade or verifiable experience in internal sales
• a sales flair and possess great negotiation skills in dealings with customers and suppliers
• solid basic knowledge of common MS Office programmes and are familiar with ERP systems (BC advantageous)
