To support our growing development and strengthen our Calculation and Methods department, we are looking for a BIM BUILDING PLANNER-DRAUGHTSMAN (m/f) at 100% based in Satigny (GE).

Your mission

• Create installation, phasing or work method plans for construction planning projects

• Adapt initial 3D models to the reality of the site and the progress of the project

• Calculate quantities from the 3D model

• Provide internal support for BIM usage

• Actively participate in the execution of a large-scale construction project for a planned duration of 2 years

Your key skills

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a draughtsman/woman, civil engineering option, or an equivalent qualification and bring 3 years of experience in the field, ideally in the construction industry

• You are proficient with CAD tools including AutoCAD, as well as Revit and/or CadWork software and have a good knowledge of the IFC structure

• With good spatial analysis skills, you are comfortable handling scales and measurements

• Autonomous, you show initiative and are meticulous in your work

• Flexible, you easily adapt to changes and have an excellent team spirit
