Die Tanne is the competence centre in the German-speaking part of Switzerland for people with congenital deafblindness / dual sensory impairment and related multiple sensory disabilities, as well as for people on the autism spectrum.

Social Pedagogue or Care Specialist (Adult Sector), 60-80%

Your Tasks

• Individual and comprehensive care of our adult clients in the areas of living, day centre, leisure, support and care
• Opportunity to start as deputy group leader

Your Profile

• Completed training as a social pedagogue HF/FH or care specialist EFZ
• Professional competence in the disability sector combined with curiosity, patience and joy in work
• Calm, empathetic and resilient personality – even in unexpected situations
• Ability to set boundaries and a good sense for your own work-life balance
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration in a motivated team
