You can expect a modern and versatile IT landscape with its own data centre, a powerful server, storage, virtualisation and network infrastructure, Microsoft 365 as well as numerous specialist applications. Together we ensure that our systems remain secure, available and future-proof and continuously develop our IT landscape.

Together instead of in silos

In our small IT team, we work across departments. The following tasks form the focus of this position. At the same time, we support each other in daily operations and jointly take responsibility for a stable, secure and future-proof IT landscape.

Your tasks

• Operation, support and further development of our server, storage, virtualisation and network infrastructure
• Responsibility for Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Independent planning and implementation of infrastructure, security and digitalisation projectsFurther development of our backup, restore and disaster recovery concepts
• Evaluation of new technologies and technical solutions
• Participation in operational IT day-to-day business as well as collaboration with external service providers
• Documentation and continuous optimisation of our infrastructure

What you bring with you

• IT training EFZ as well as ideally further training HF/FH or comparable professional experience
• Several years of experience as a system engineer or in the operation and further development of modern IT infrastructures
• Good knowledge and practical experience in the areas of server, virtualisation, storage, network as well as Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working

You do not have to know every one of our systems already. What is important to us is that you bring a solid technical foundation, take responsibility and want to develop our infrastructure together with the team in the long term.
