Responsibilities:
Independent support in 1st and 2nd level (via email, telephone, remote or on-site)
Fault diagnosis and limitation of disruptions including escalation if necessary
Analysis of security-critical incidents and assessment of the impact on IT systems
Processing and documentation of support tickets as well as forwarding to relevant departments
Collaboration on complex customer projects and technical requirements
Willingness to participate in on-call duty
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or comparable qualification
Practical experience in comparable fields of activity
Professional experience in the service sector or healthcare required
Confident handling of Windows environments, Citrix knowledge is an advantage
German is no problem for you orally as well as in writing (C1 level)
