Responsibilities:
Design and further development of modern workplace platforms based on Microsoft 365
Management and optimisation of end devices with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager
Implementation of modern deployment concepts with Windows Autopilot and automated rollouts
Development of standardised client configurations and software distribution processes
Administration of Microsoft Entra ID, device certificates and modern identity solutions
Implementation of endpoint security concepts with Microsoft Defender and Conditional Access
Automation of client processes using PowerShell
Analysis of complex client issues and support of 2nd and 3rd level support
Participation in the introduction of new workplace technologies and optimisation of the user experience
Qualifications:
Experience in workplace engineering, client management or Microsoft system technology
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and endpoint management
Practical experience with Intune, Configuration Manager or comparable management solutions
Understanding of identity management, device security and modern authentication
Experience with PowerShell and automated software deployments
Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, compliance policies or zero-trust concepts
Strong technical understanding and a service-oriented mindset
