Head of HR Switzerland
In this role, you report to the Director Group HR and are responsible with your five-person team for the four KNF locations Sursee, Reiden, Balterswil and Schenkon. You advise the management in the areas of talent management, leadership development as well as culture and organisational development. You ensure the effective implementation of all core HR processes along the employee lifecycle and drive HR transformations as well as process harmonisations. You represent HR in the Swiss management teams and, together with the international HR colleagues, shape the global initiatives.
We are looking for an experienced HR leader with successes as a business partner and practical experience in culture development. You have proven skills in leading organisational changes and successfully supporting transformation initiatives. You have a good command of stakeholder management and target group-appropriate communication. You bring HR expertise in compliance, Swiss labour law and risk management. You are fluent in German and English. You are AI- and system-savvy and ideally have already worked with SAP.
