Sous Chef - Production
80% - 100% Lucerne
We are looking for a Sous Chef in the production kitchen (a)
What you will do
- You will take on the deputy management of the production kitchen including the kitchens on the ships
- You are responsible for operational production as well as ensuring quality
- You lead the employees in the production kitchen
- You are responsible for inventory management
- You conduct quality controls
What we expect from you
- You have completed training as a chef with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- You bring several years of professional experience
- You already have leadership experience
- You speak German
- You enjoy working in a team
