There is plenty to do with us
- As part of a small team, you deal with all aspects of the sustainability of our products.
- You actively participate in sustainability projects and contribute your expertise in a targeted manner.
- You independently carry out evaluations and analyses of our products according to common methodologies in the construction sector, such as EPD or KBOB.
- You continuously analyse legal requirements, standards and labels and derive relevant recommendations for action.
- Collaboration in cross-sector projects in the areas of cement, aggregates and concrete is also part of your responsibilities.
- Your positive behaviour contributes to our safety culture and compliance with all occupational safety regulations.
This is how you get involved with us
- You have a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, geology, chemistry, environmental engineering or a comparable qualification.
- You have good knowledge in the field of sustainability as well as an understanding of its impact on products and processes.
- You have already gained basic experience in project collaboration and technical marketing.
- You are not entirely unfamiliar with construction topics in general and with cement and concrete.
- Cross-departmental thinking and strong communication skills are among your strengths.
- Very good German skills are essential for daily collaboration; you use English confidently, and knowledge of French would be an additional advantage.
- We are filling this position as of 1 January 2027.
