You don’t just want to handle tickets but actively improve IT services? This position combines workplace engineering, IT operations, and service development, offering space to build modern solutions, optimise existing systems, and take on technical responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring a high-performance and user-oriented digital workplace
Technical support of end devices, printing solutions, and connected IT services
Further development of print management and digital document processes
Operation and optimisation of solutions for digital information and communication channels
Identification of improvement potentials along the entire service lifecycle
Participation in the introduction of new technologies and standardised IT services
Support in hardware and software evaluations as well as IT procurement
Collaboration with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams on technical projects
Handling demanding support cases and supporting operational IT support
Building and maintaining a structured technical knowledge base
Participation in on-call duties after thorough training
Qualifications:
Education in computer science or a comparable technical qualification
Several years of experience in IT operations, workplace management, or infrastructure
Knowledge in client, device, and service lifecycle management
Interest in automation, standardisation, and modern IT operating models
Advantageous: experience with ITIL-oriented service processes, endpoint management, or digital workplace concepts
Analytical thinking and a strong ability for structured problem-solving
High initiative and enjoyment in independently advancing technical topics
Strong customer and service orientation
