About the job
Your area of responsibility
- Central contact point for all customer inquiries (B2B and B2C) – written, telephone and digital
- Professional email correspondence as well as telephone service via the switchboard, including callback management
- Active sales of experience packages, arrangements and event services including creation and follow-up of offers
- Recording, qualifying and following up incoming leads as well as maintaining long-term relationships with corporate and arrangement partners
- Comprehensive administration of experience packages: booking, confirmation, invoicing and follow-up
- Coordination of group events and corporate events from the initial inquiry through the offer preparation to the follow-up
- Ongoing maintenance and quality assurance of customer, lead and partner data in the CRM system including documentation of all interactions
- Support of the marketing management in sales and communication projects as well as assistance with newsletters, website and social media
What you bring
- Commercial basic education or business studies, ideally with further training in the field of Customer Success, Sales, Marketing or Event Management
- Experience in customer service, sales, inquiry management or event coordination (B2B and/or B2C advantageous)
- Enjoyment of active sales and support of groups and corporate customers
- Confident handling of CRM systems, booking tools as well as MS Office
- Strong customer and service orientation, friendly and professional appearance on the phone and in written correspondence
- Organizational strength, resilience and the ability to handle several inquiries and projects in parallel
- Affinity and interest in the casino experience world as well as customer service
- Fluent German and good English skills, additional languages (especially French) are an advantage
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extracts will be requested before contract conclusion)
