ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
With plenty of teamwork, you will strengthen an agile IT operations team. In dealing with customers, you act confidently, skilfully combining your technical expertise with your flair for appreciative communication. Thanks to your pronounced helpfulness and strong quality awareness, you ensure smooth internal processes and even more enthusiastic customers.
Responsibilities:
- You support, install, and maintain hardware and software
- You assist support with complex customer enquiries
- You competently advise customers on the technical implementation of system solutions
- You actively work on projects and support customers during training sessions
- You generate know-how and create corresponding documentation
- You test partner products as well as in-house developments and actively support their further development
Qualifications:
- Completed IT apprenticeship or degree in the ICT field
- Professional experience in system technology
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft product family
- Experience in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Good English skills, French skills are an advantage
