What you can look forward to:

• Co-development and management of the strategic development in the inpatient therapy area
• Independent coordination of various interdisciplinary interfaces
• Responsible leadership of department heads from different disciplines
• Design, development and control of processes in the therapeutic area, as well as maintaining quality standards
• Being part of the therapy management team (co-therapy management + department head)

What we look forward to:

• Experience in personnel management
• Successfully completed basic therapeutic training
• Confident handling of neurological patients
• Interest in the further development of teams and in leading various therapeutic disciplines
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written (at least level B2)
