Lead Microsoft 365 Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)
Our client is an established company in the field of technical solutions for buildings, infrastructure, and energy. The company offers comprehensive services and systems for various technical requirements and supports projects from planning to implementation and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
Building, migrating, and further developing modern workplace and Microsoft 365 environments for various customers
Planning and implementing IT infrastructure projects, changes, and technical expansions within existing customer landscapes
Ensuring the ongoing operation of managed services including analysing and resolving complex 2nd- and 3rd-level incidents
Developing technical solution concepts and architectures and accompanying them from planning to productive implementation
Supporting sales and presales with technical questions, customer consultations, and solution presentations as well as maintaining technical documentation
Qualifications:
Technical education with further training in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable field and at least 5 years of professional experience
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, modern workplace, and workplace infrastructures
Microsoft certifications at expert level or comparable vendor certifications
Experience with ITIL, managed services, and IT service management
Independent, customer-oriented, and solution-focused working style, good German and English skills, category B driving licence, and willingness to be on call
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
