Job Description
For our team in Büron, which looks after properties in Central Switzerland, we are looking for a committed specialist cleaning staff member to start immediately or by arrangement. You will be out and about with your team, taking care of various properties at different locations in Central Switzerland (depending on the assignment) and ensuring clean properties with your passion.
Depending on suitability, you will take on the deputy role of the specialist cleaning site manager. In doing so, you will coordinate the work within the team, plan assignments, and take on administrative tasks.
Your Tasks
- Window, glass and façade cleaning
- Cleaning of carpets and various other floors
- Various basic and construction site cleanings in different properties
- Assistance with winter services
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a building cleaner EFZ/EBA or have many years of professional experience in a similar environment
- You can communicate in German and read and understand work instructions in German.
- You are reliable, flexible and enjoy working independently and with high quality
- You are not afraid of heights and are willing to work irregular shifts
- You hold a category B driving licence and are willing to drive vans or larger vehicles
