Role:
As a Consultant Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, you accompany customer projects around Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 from the initial analysis to productive deployment. You understand business processes, translate them into viable concepts and implement them with modern cloud technology. Customers appreciate you as a reliable contact person who masters both technical and business language equally. A well-coordinated team supports you in your professional development.
Responsibilities:
You capture customer needs, analyse business processes and document them comprehensibly.
You create technical and functional concepts as a basis for implementation.
Furthermore, you implement solutions based on current cloud technologies.
You advise and support customers throughout the entire project and record progress and results.
Additionally, you conduct customer training sessions.
You also occasionally write specialist articles for internal communication channels.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in computer science with business management further education or in business informatics, or you are currently pursuing it.
Tools in the Microsoft environment such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI excite you and you want to use them daily.
You bring initial experience in consulting, planning and implementing customer projects.
Moreover, you work independently, service-oriented and with a high quality standard.
You command German fluently in speech and writing, and English comes easily to you in everyday work.
Additionally, you convince with organisational talent, humour and enjoyment of customer contact.
