YOUR ROLE - WHAT AWAITS YOU

• Team leadership: You lead a team, continuously develop it and promote collaboration. You coordinate project assignments for your team members.
• Personnel management: You take care of recruiting, further development and retention of employees.
• Further development: You drive adesso's internal test strategies on current topics such as test automation, AI-supported testing or cloud technologies.
• Market observation and trend analysis: You monitor the market and current trends and develop ideas for product innovations from them.
• Customer relationships: You continuously build and expand your customer network. You are the direct contact person for our customers. You develop customer relationships and are operationally involved in projects. You see it as your task to advise customers strategically and methodically on all questions related to testing.
• Project work: You contribute your expertise as a test manager, engineer or analyst and take on leadership roles in projects.
• Strategic and methodical consulting of customers on all questions related to testing. Optimising test processes as well as designing and implementing test automation solutions are the focus of your work.

YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING

• Education: You have completed a degree in business informatics or have another suitable qualification.
• Technical knowledge: Methodical and practical experience in test automation/scripting with at least one automation tool such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, UFT, Tosca or SoapUI.
• Certifications: Ideally, you have certifications as an Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst and ISTQB Advanced Test Manager.
• Experience: Several years of practical professional experience in various areas of software testing. You are characterised by good conceptual and analytical skills as well as communication skills and quick comprehension. Your appearance is convincing and confident.
• Leadership qualities: You have initial leadership experience or want to grow into a leadership role and build and further develop a team.
• Communication: You appreciate constant exchange with all parties involved, are socially competent and communicate confidently and appropriately for the target group.
• Language skills: You speak very good German (C1) and fluent English (B2) and are willing to travel.
