This is how you can contribute
- Professionally responsible for the overarching test strategy, test planning and test management of the Mobile Security Communication System (MSK) across all layers, systems, user organisations and suppliers
- Design and coordinate integration, verification and end-to-end validation (E2E) including test levels, test environments, test data, test configurations, dependencies and test campaigns
- Define test and acceptance methodology and ensure traceability between requirements, use cases, test cases, results and findings
- Coordinate tests carried out by internal and external specialist units and consolidate results and findings to assess the maturity and operational readiness of the overall MSK system
- Plan and manage test activities in the proof of concept (PoC) and prepare the subsequent system, integration, interoperability and operational validations
What makes you unique
- Bachelor’s degree or higher vocational training in computer science, telecommunications, system engineering or a comparable field, plus several years of experience in test management of complex ICT systems
- Solid experience with test strategy, system and integration tests as well as E2E verification and validation
- Experience in coordinating tests across multiple systems, organisations, suppliers and test environments as well as structured defect management
- Good knowledge of test automation, test frameworks, traceability and modern test and application lifecycle management tools
- Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills and the ability to combine technical and operational test results into a comprehensible overall assessment
- Good active knowledge of at least one second official language

Become a Senior Test Manager as part of the Cyber Command and shape the overarching test and validation strategy of MSK, ensuring that the individual components, networks and services can be integrated, verified and validated as a seamless E2E overall system for deployment.
