To complement our team in Laufen, we are looking for a responsible and committed person from 01.01.2027 or by arrangement
Care or Agogic Specialist 60% - 80%
Supervised day activities enable people with support needs to participate in simple work processes and integrate into manageable social structures - at a total of five locations.
At the Laufen site, we support people with multiple disabilities and create an individual, needs-oriented daily structure based on their personal abilities, interests, and needs. Self-determination, social participation, and lived inclusion are at the centre of our work. Our offer is enriched by a secondhand shop with an integrated bistro and an art area. In these diverse areas, people with support needs can contribute their skills and interests, try new things, and further develop their independence. At the same time, valuable encounters, shared experiences, and opportunities to actively participate in social life arise.
Your impact with us
- You accompany and support people with support needs in everyday life and promote their independence and personal responsibility
- You create a respectful and reliable environment in which these people can contribute, develop, and use their skills
- You supervise various tasks in our secondhand shop with integrated bistro - from goods receipt and preparation to presentation and sales, as well as activities in the bistro
- In the art area, you accompany and support creative processes and enable people with support needs to contribute and further develop their ideas and skills
- You jointly create a varied daily routine and take on an important agogic role
- You recognise individual resources and needs and apply them purposefully in daily support
- You contribute to a positive working atmosphere and thus make an important contribution to the social and professional participation of our clients
- You work in an interdisciplinary team and document the care processes
- You accompany trainees and interns
What we offer you
- A meaningful role in a lively, social, and appreciative environment
- A very diverse internal and external training offer and support for external training and further education
- Job ticket and good accessibility by public transport
- Challenging, varied tasks that you can actively and innovatively help shape
- A diverse, interesting, and highly attractive field of work in a development-oriented social enterprise
- Targeted support and opportunities for professional development
- Pension fund with above-average employer contribution and workload-dependent coordination deduction
- An exciting, independent, and responsible role in a development-oriented environment
Your profile
