Our inclusive catering establishments, the Café Einzigartig in Arlesheim and the Einzigartig Clara in Basel, are vibrant meeting places where people with disabilities can work, participate and be visibly involved according to their abilities. Both cafés offer a diverse daily structure that enables appreciative, resource-oriented support in everyday life and actively promotes our inclusive mission externally.

Our cafés provide a professionally supervised and appreciative working environment which – supported by the social mission of the Wydehöfli association – enables individual development, independence and meaningful daily activities.

To complement our team, we are looking for a committed individual with a social pedagogical and work agogic background who enjoys professionally supporting, promoting and enabling participation for people in the workplace.

Your Tasks

• Support, promotion and assistance of employees with disabilities in the daily work of our two catering establishments
• Design and implementation of individual work agogic support programmes
• Ensuring a structured, resource-oriented daily routine
• Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team, as a coffee specialist; participation in the further development of our concepts in the field of work agogics
• Maintaining relationships and promoting social and vocational practical skills

Your Profile

• Completed training in work agogics, Social Work FH/HF or equivalent qualification
• Additional training or professional experience in work agogics is an advantage
• Experience in supporting people with special needs
• Enjoyment of teamwork, commitment, creativity and initiative; resilient and appreciative personality
