Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) 70 – 100% for the Sonnegarte Residential Home
Your Tasks
- Day shifts including weekend coverage
- Educational and nursing support for adults with disabilities
- Taking on departmental and key worker responsibilities
- Co-designing and planning the daily routine in the residential group
- Collaboration with relatives, authorities, as well as internal and external specialists
Your Profile
- Diploma in Social Pedagogy HF/FH
- Experience in supporting and caring for people with cognitive and multiple disabilities
- Solution-oriented and team-capable personality
- Openness in dealing with people with special needs
- Resilience and commitment
