To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as an Application Manager Microsoft 365 who competently supports our clients, ensures the operation of their Microsoft 365 environments, and actively shapes the further development of modern collaboration solutions.
- Support and administration of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft 365 services
- Analysis, processing, and sustainable resolution of incident, service, and change requests
- Configuration of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and other Microsoft 365 services
- Management of permissions, groups, and security policies
- Creation and maintenance of documentation, instructions, and knowledge articles
- Close collaboration with our Cloud Engineers, Consultants, and Project Managers
- Support with migrations and the introduction of new Microsoft 365 features
- Good knowledge of: Microsoft Teams / SharePoint Online / Exchange Online / Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) / Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Experience in application management or IT service management
- Knowledge of PowerShell is an advantage
- Understanding of Microsoft licensing and cloud services
- Experience with ITIL processes is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

- Very good German skills as well as good English skills

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable IT education- Good knowledge of: Microsoft Teams / SharePoint Online / Exchange Online / Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) / Microsoft 365 Admin Center

- Knowledge of PowerShell is an advantage
