IT Application Specialist & Digitalisation Specialist Responsibility 60 - 100% (m/f/d)

What awaits you with us:

• Applications under control - support on equal terms:

You ensure that our business-critical specialist applications and their interfaces function reliably in daily operations. As a power user and central contact point, you look after, among others, the real estate programmes GARAIO REM, ImmoTop2, the creditor workflow, digital archiving and the digital tenant service. You solve problems in this environment independently or together with external IT partners. Additionally, you take on first-level support for general IT concerns and resolve simple queries directly.

• Effectively connecting business and IT:

As a central interface between specialist departments, management and external IT partners, you coordinate business requirements with technical possibilities and manage further IT concerns with our IT service provider.

• Actively driving digital development:

You lead digitalisation projects from requirements analysis to implementation and ensure that new solutions are sustainably anchored in daily work.

• Targeted improvement of business processes:

You analyse and optimise business processes and drive their digitalisation, automation and continuous improvement together with the specialist departments.

• Tools that really fit:

You evaluate suitable digitalisation tools, assess their benefits for our organisation, develop well-founded recommendations and are responsible for implementing the chosen solutions.

• Passing on knowledge - ensuring quality:

You collect improvement requests, support employees with clear training and ensure reliable master data where necessary.

What you should bring:

• Digital qualification & practical experience:

You have a qualification or further training in business informatics, digital business, computer science or a comparable qualification.

• Good understanding of business and IT:

You understand both business processes and digital possibilities and can translate requirements from specialist departments into viable IT solutions.

• Application and support experience:

You have experience in application support or as a power user and approach IT concerns in a structured and solution-oriented manner. Knowledge of GARAIO REM and/or ImmoTop2 is a great advantage; you quickly and independently familiarise yourself with new digital tools.

• Strong process and digitalisation understanding:

You recognise optimisation and automation potentials and think about business processes holistically, structurally and user-oriented. Practical experience in implementing digital solutions or digitalisation projects is an advantage.

• Communication & implementation strength:

You explain technical topics clearly, work independently and reliably, and drive changes purposefully together with specialist departments, management and external partners.
