Are you looking for a new challenge as a System Engineer with a focus on workplace and infrastructure? In this role, you take responsibility for the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems and infrastructures. You ensure the availability, scalability, and security of systems and services. With your experience as a professional, you bring a deep understanding of systems and infrastructures. You are ready to apply your skills in this demanding role and advance your career as a System Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- You operate and further develop our server, virtualisation, storage, and backup platforms
- In this role, you ensure that our employees are equipped with optimal working conditions
- As a System Engineer, you are responsible for managing user accounts and access rights
- You analyse and resolve hardware and software issues
- In this role, you develop automations to standardise and increase the efficiency of our workplace and infrastructure platforms
- You document support requests and solutions carefully to ensure seamless tracking and a knowledge base
Qualifications:
- You have completed an IT apprenticeship or have equivalent, several years of professional experience
- You have solid experience in workplace, Microsoft 365, virtualisation, storage, and backup
- You have fluent German skills and technical English, both spoken and written
- You have experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell
- You have experience with hybrid scenarios, such as on-premises and Azure Cloud
- You bring good conceptual skills and tackle topics with initiative and commitment
