Business Engineer Investment Offerings

Responsibilities

• Business engineering within the framework of the strategic initiative "Investment Offerings of the Future"
• Analysis of customer needs and specialist requirements in the area of mandate and portfolio fund solutions for sales projects in the segments from private clients to private banking
• Preparation and conduct of workshops and refinements with stakeholders on the business side as well as representatives from IT teams
• Creation of requirements and especially detailed specifications (features, stories) for the system-side and sometimes organisational implementation of business solutions
• Definition of interface adjustments, data modelling, application configurations and, if applicable, GUI design
• Creation and execution of functional and non-functional tests
• Preparation of decision templates for management
• Stakeholder communication to cross-departmental business areas as well as cooperative collaboration with IT teams

Requirements

• Higher education degree (university/fachhochschule) in banking and finance, business administration, business informatics or comparable education
• Several years of in-depth experience as a business engineer or business analyst in the implementation of IT projects in the investment area at large banking institutions
• Proven implementation skills and experience in working with Agile / Scrum teams on the IT side
• Very good knowledge of methodology and approaches in business analysis as well as modelling techniques
• Fluent German language skills

• Knowledge of Essential SAFe
