The contribution you can make
- Lead a team of seven highly qualified and motivated collaborators, promoting their professional development
- Conduct feasibility studies, develop and define new projects, and manage their implementation
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal project execution
- Provide support and advice to the Portfolio Management specialist sector regarding resolution strategies
- Develop plans, standards, and guidelines for strategic property management
What distinguishes you
- Architect or civil engineer with a degree from a university or university of applied sciences with further training in business administration, or business economist with further training in real estate or construction economics
- Experience in property management and project development; strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a systemic approach
- Willingness to deliver services with maximum commitment, autonomy, and competence; excellent leadership skills with proven results in developing and motivating collaborators
- Assertiveness, negotiation skills, psychological and physical resilience, and flexibility
- Good active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third
In summary
In collaboration with your team, you will define projects, assign mandates to external partners, and coordinate their implementation within a unique real estate portfolio. As a motivated specialist, you will actively apply your skills and relate confidently and appropriately to internal and external stakeholders.
