Executive IT Support Specialist (w/m/x)

You are an experienced IT professional with a strong service orientation and want to work in an environment where trust, discretion and technical excellence are crucial?
As an Executive IT Support Specialist, you will support the owner family of the REHAU Group, the top management of our headquarters, as well as the employees of our Swiss administrative centre. You ensure that modern workplace systems, mobile devices and collaboration solutions function reliably at all times.

• Personal 1st and 2nd level support for executives and management
• Support of Windows clients, notebooks as well as Apple iPhones and iPads Assistance with Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools
• Technical support for management meetings and hybrid events
• Processing and coordination of support requests as well as cooperation with the international in-house IT teams
• Ensuring IT security, data protection and compliance requirements

• Completed training in computer science or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in client support, workplace support or executive IT support
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and Apple iOS/iPadOS
• High service orientation and enjoyment in personal support of demanding user groups
• Discreet, trustworthy and reliable personality 
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Business fluent German and good English skills
