Entry-Level Job in the Office (Gap Year)

Your Tasks

You will contact customers by phone and arrange appointments with interested individuals.
You conduct friendly, professional, and goal-oriented conversations.
You answer questions and respond individually to the concerns of our customers.
You coordinate the agreed appointments with the responsible contacts.
You carefully record and document customer contacts in the respective systems.
You learn about our services and processes step by step and apply your knowledge purposefully in your conversations.

Very good German and French skills – both languages are mandatory.
You enjoy approaching people and take pleasure in telephone customer contact.
You are communicative, friendly, and convince with your positive attitude.
You work reliably, independently, and goal-oriented.
You are open to new things and enjoy learning.
Good PC user skills are an advantage.
Career changers are explicitly welcome! Experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is advantageous but not a requirement.
You are flexible with your time and willing to work regularly on weekends.
