We are looking for a Global BCM Officer for the implementation, monitoring, and further development of globally applicable BCM standards and systems.YOUR TASKS
Collaboration in the Central BCM Team for the maintenance and further development of the global BCM framework based on the BCM lifecycle
Support of the Global BC Managers through independent completion of administrative tasks in all areas of BCM and crisis management
Coordination, support, and control of the decentralized BCM and crisis management organization as well as other important stakeholders
Review of the completeness, adequacy, and coherence of the BCM and crisis management documentation per unit and/or location
Organization, coordination, and evaluation of BCM and crisis management training, exercises, and tests
Support with BCM-related tasks within the framework of internal reporting and controlling as well as during internal and external audits
Assistance in the establishment and maintenance of an Operational Resilience Framework

Professional and technical qualifications
Bank apprenticeship or bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of professional experience in the financial sector
Experienced Excel users and good database knowledge: GRC software knowledge desirable
Fluent command of German and English, both spoken and written
Knowledge and practical experience in Business Continuity Management is an advantage
