The SZBLIND is the national umbrella organisation for the Swiss blind and visually impaired community. Since 1903, we have been committed nationwide to improving the living conditions of people with visual, hearing-visual impairments and deafblindness – with expertise, aids, research, awareness-raising and direct support.

Head of Digitalisation and IT (80%)

Your area of responsibility

In this role, you will shape the digital development of SZBLIND and ensure a needs-based and reliable IT landscape.

• You will lead major digitalisation projects, in particular the further development of our ERP and the introduction of a CRM.
• You will coordinate and shape the development of the digitalisation strategy, plan its implementation and ensure progress monitoring.
• You will establish binding project, process and requirements management with clear roles and decision-making paths.
• You will actively accompany changes and support employees in building the necessary digital skills.
• You will further develop our IT landscape and manage collaboration with external IT service providers.

Your profile

In addition to sound IT knowledge and enthusiasm for the digital development of an organisation, you bring the following qualifications:

• You have a higher education related to business informatics, digitalisation or business development or a comparable qualification.
• You have proven experience in project management and have successfully implemented major IT projects within the framework of a digital transformation.
• You recognise the needs of different areas, translate them into clear requirements and develop suitable digital solutions together with internal and external partners.
• You think in processes and contexts, set clear priorities and manage several projects independently and reliably.
• You communicate clearly and appropriately for the audience, actively accompany changes and promote acceptance of new digital solutions.
