We are looking for a technically skilled individual who not only understands ECM solutions professionally but also accompanies their technical implementation. The focus is on modern document and information processes, workflow automation, and the integration of various business systems.
Responsibilities:
Design and technical implementation of modern ECM and document management solutions
Analysis of existing information and business processes as well as identification of optimisation potentials
Translation of professional requirements into technical solution architectures
Development and configuration of digital workflows and automated processes
Integration of ECM platforms into ERP, CRM, and other business applications
Implementation of interfaces and data flows between different systems
Support of customer projects from requirements analysis to productive operation
Creation of technical concepts and solution designs
Conducting tests, error analyses, and optimisations
Consulting departments on the digitalisation of document-based processes
Participation in migrations, system expansions, and technological developments
Evaluation of new technologies and integration possibilities
Support in workshops and technical decision-making processes
Qualifications:
Completed university of applied sciences degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable technical field
Initial to several years of experience in ECM, DMS, business applications, or software engineering
Strong technical understanding of applications, data structures, and system integration
Experience with interfaces, APIs, and connecting business systems
Understanding of digital business processes and their technical representation
Interest in workflow automation and modern information management solutions
Analytical and structured working style
Enjoyment in independently developing and implementing technical solutions
Strong communication skills in exchange with customers, departments, and technical teams
High quality standards and pronounced solution orientation
