HR Operations Specialist (m/f/d)
Workload: 80 - 100% / Location: Sursee

For our HR team, we are looking for a committed individual who takes responsibility, develops processes further and gladly acts as the central contact person for employees and managers.
Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for the entire HR administration along the employee lifecycle – from entry to exit (excluding payroll)
- You are the central point of contact for employees and managers for administrative HR enquiries
- You actively contribute to designing a professional and smooth onboarding and offboarding process
- You actively support our HR Business Partners in daily business and work closely with the payroll team
- You continuously develop existing HR processes, standardise procedures and contribute to digitalisation
- You support the further development of our HR systems including responsibility as a key user
What is important to us
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training in human resources (e.g. HR specialist certificate or equivalent)
- You bring several years of solid experience in operational HR administration along the entire employee lifecycle
- You are very familiar with administrative HR processes and work confidently with HR systems
- You work in a structured, precise and reliable manner and place great value on data and process quality
- You keep an overview even with several parallel topics, set clear priorities and convince with your service-oriented working style
- You work independently, efficiently and solution-oriented with a positive, pragmatic attitude
- You are eager to get involved in a warm and passionate team and make a difference together
