Application Manager KIS (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the professional support and further development of the KIS including master data, tariffs, rules and contracts.
You ensure data quality and accompany changes, tests, releases as well as the resolution of application malfunctions.
You analyse patient administration processes and develop efficient, system-supported process solutions.
You evaluate new digital possibilities and integrate suitable technologies into existing KIS processes.
You support projects and coordinate requirements between departments, IT and external partners.
Qualifications:
You have a HF, FH or university degree, ideally in business informatics, business administration or process management.
You bring experience in application management as well as very good knowledge of KIS, ERP and M365 solutions.
You have a strong understanding of digital systems, data analyses and the mapping of administrative processes in applications.
You recognise connections between master data, tariffs, processes and system logics and derive improvements from them.
You communicate confidently with different stakeholders, work in a structured manner and convince through initiative and solution-oriented action.
