Tasks
- Ensuring the "Personal Data Sheets" process to determine the liable cantons: process coordination, requesting/checking documents and contact person for new students.
- Administration and support of specialisation choices in Bachelor degree programmes
- Systematic recording of externally completed academic achievements, such as exchange semesters or study abroad years
- Participation in other processes such as absence management, dispensations or elective module choices
- Key user function for the intranet and participation in a cross-team AI working group
Profile
- Commercial training or equivalent basic and further education
- Several years of professional experience in demanding clerical work, ideally in a higher education environment
- Confident handling and affinity for the use of software applications (MS Office (focus on Excel), Evento, CRM)
- Fluent German and good English skills (spoken and written)
- Service-oriented and communicative personality
- You can organise and prioritise your area of responsibility optimally and understand complex contexts quickly
- You do not lose track even with parallel tasks
- You are resilient and remain calm and composed even in hectic situations
