In this key position, you are responsible for the strategic and operational realignment of Human Resources Management and actively shape the future of the Solothurn Centre Oberwald. You define a proactive personnel strategy, establish best-practice HR processes, policies and systems, and specifically strengthen employer branding. With practical experience and a sense of reality, you accompany change processes and create sustainable impact.
