Role:
Responsibility for the operation, further development, and lifecycle management of modern Microsoft and Azure environments.
Support of cloud, workplace, and Windows infrastructures as well as implementation of demanding customer projects.
Technical support of the team and close collaboration with customers, manufacturers, and internal contacts.
Responsibilities:
Operation, expansion, and lifecycle management of Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop
Further development and stable operation of Microsoft 365 environments
Administration of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint
Operation and optimisation of Windows server landscapes including Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP, file services, and PKI
Design and implementation of customer projects with Microsoft technologies
Collaboration with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams
Technical support and coaching of team members
Review and approval of technical changes
Support with complex offers and on-site customer appointments
Continuous professional development through training and certifications
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ specialising in system technology or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in operating Windows, Azure, and Microsoft 365
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Intune, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting
Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as high social competence
Languages
Fluent German
Good English skills, spoken and written
