Data Dynamic Informatic AG (DDIAG) is an established Swiss company specialising in IT and ERP services. We support Swiss SMEs with customised IT solutions, modern IT infrastructure, and comprehensive services centred around SelectLine Business Software.

To strengthen our IT team at the Köniz location, we are looking for an independent, solution-oriented, and customer-focused individual from 01.02.2027 or by arrangement who enjoys diverse IT tasks and supports our customers in maintaining and developing their IT infrastructures.

Your tasks

• Independent planning and implementation of smaller projects
• Assistance in planning and implementation of larger projects
• First, second, and third-level support
• System and server maintenance and support
• Administration of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• License management
• Preparation of simple quotations
• Installation, configuration, and delivery of workstations, preload
• Cloud integrations (Microsoft 365 / DDI Cloud)
• Support, operation, and maintenance of existing IT infrastructures (cloud and on-premises)
• Maintenance and further development of our IT offerings such as monitoring, backup, etc.
• Administration, installation, and planning of the Windows system landscape
• (Windows Server 2016 – 2025, Windows 11)
• Creation and updating of system documentation
• Telephone support and field service assignments
• Implementation of SLA agreements on cloud and on-premises environments

You bring with you

• Successfully completed IT training (support; system technology)
• Experience in operation and maintenance of IT infrastructures
• Experience in server, storage, and network architecture
• Experience with virtualisation (Hyper-V and Azure)
• Experience with backup (Acronis Cyber Backup) and firewall (SOPHOS) is an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 platforms
