YOUR TASKS

We are looking for you if you think ahead, question, take responsibility and sometimes have the courage to do things differently. In your daily routine, you effortlessly switch between care, leadership and organisation. You are present – in the departments, in exchange with residents, relatives and your team. You support the management, represent them when necessary, and at the same time bring your own personal touch. You create structure without being rigid, and provide security without losing humanity.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a solid education in the care sector and leadership experience. Titles matter less to us than attitude: taking responsibility, making decisions and sometimes addressing uncomfortable topics without losing respect.
