For our client, an established service company in the Bern region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Payroll Specialist 80–100%. Your tasks with the new employer

• You are responsible for the independent and timely payroll processing for the areas assigned to you and ensure the correct maintenance of all personnel master and payroll data
• You competently advise and support managers on questions regarding payroll accounting and social security and ensure professional handling of various concerns
• You participate in year-end tasks, salary rounds and salary revisions, carry out reconciliations in the social security area and prepare meaningful statistics and evaluations
• You continuously optimise existing payroll processes, identify potential for improvement and actively contribute your expertise to cross-departmental HR projects

You offer your new employer

• You have a commercial basic education as well as further training in human resources or social security and bring sound knowledge of Swiss payroll administration
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable payroll function enable you to independently and reliably handle complex payroll processes
• You have a strong affinity for numbers, understand the connections between payroll, HR and financial accounting and have good knowledge of the relevant legal and social security foundations
• Your structured, precise and independent way of working is combined with a high service orientation, organisational talent and the ability to set the right priorities even in a dynamic environment
