Business Engineer & Project Manager Digitalisation

• You develop decision-making bases for new solutions and advise department management as well as stakeholders on system integration.
• Together with the architecture team, you further develop the business area architecture - consisting of processes, applications, data, and technology.
• You competently lead digitalisation projects from the initial idea to successful implementation.
• Networking IT, the specialist department, and external partners as well as representing energy solutions in ewz-wide architecture committees are among your core tasks.
• You maintain the architecture map and ensure consistent documentation, governance, and compliance in the business area.

• You have a degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering, or an equivalent education or training.
• You have sound knowledge in business process analysis, agile software development, and project management.
• You have already gained experience in leading heterogeneous project teams and stakeholder management, ideally in the energy, building technology, or real estate sector.
• You have fluent German and English skills and convince with clear communication as well as the ability to keep an overview even under pressure.
• Analytical and networked thinking as well as high initiative characterise you, as does the joy in complex, technical-professional issues.
