Quality Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You accompany quality along the entire value chain:

• You ensure that raw materials and purchased parts arrive in perfect condition. This includes supplier complaints and approvals for changes.

• You support production in case of deviations, analyse errors, statistically evaluate process data and derive appropriate measures.

• You handle internal complaints and assist with customer complaints, using clear problem-solving methods.

• You help production areas to continuously improve products and processes.

• You create and maintain inspection instructions, production control plans and training materials.

• You conduct internal process and workplace audits, accompany customer audits and follow up on corrective actions.

• You coordinate requalifications of products and measuring equipment and train employees in quality topics.

What do I need to be successful?

You keep quality in view, from goods receipt to delivery. You take action when something is wrong and help to make it better.

• A technical education or a strong technical interest.

• Ideally experience or certifications in quality management, preferably from industry.

• Further training in quality and audit management as well as knowledge in measurement system analysis and statistical process control are a plus.

• Enjoyment in systematic problem solving. Lean methods and experience in manufacturing help you with this.

• Very good German and English, spoken and written.

• Good SAP and general IT skills.
