To strengthen the team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a:

Support Staff Insurance Mediation (70 - 100 %)

Since October 2024, new minimum standards for training and further education have applied, which are binding for around 30,000 insurance mediators. The VBV is responsible for monitoring compliance with the minimum standards. This monitoring takes place in the form of admission and recertification examinations and with the help of an industry register.

Your tasks

• Your focus is on handling a variety of customer concerns via different channels (mainly hotline and inbox) – in German and French.
• Obtaining information and details
• Technical first-level support in using our platforms
• Recording customer situations and presenting suitable solutions

Your profile

• You are communicative, service-oriented and always act in the interests of our customers.
• Very good German and French skills are essential, Italian is an advantage.
• A completed vocational training and several years of experience in a similar role.
• A structured, reliable and independent way of working.
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365
• Eagerness to learn, flexibility and composure – even in a dynamic environment
