Technical Sales Clerk Internal Sales 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is seeking support in technical internal sales. Your main tasks include:

• Technical advice for existing and new customers on the broad product range

• Processing enquiries with quotation preparation

• Processing orders with order entry and invoicing, mainly for Swiss customers

• Product-related internal company communication

• Collaboration and support of field sales staff

• Hub to the purchasing, technical, logistics and customer service departments

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following:

• Commercial and/or technical basic training (preferably industrial)

• Several years of sales experience in an industrial environment

• Experience with oil hydraulics and knowledge of the corresponding components

• Languages: German, English (French an advantage)

• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)

• MS Office applications

• Outgoing personality, quick comprehension, reliability, efficient working style, negotiation skills

• Customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting
